More than 60 attend St. Bernard Parish's "Sunday in the Park" Concert
Several more planned for the fall

 

 St. Bernard Parish Government held the first of four "Sunday in the Park"
Concerts for 2009.  More than 60 attended the first concert held on April
5th from 3:30 to 6 p.m. featured the band "At Fault," which played a variety
of popular music.  The concert was at the Sidney Torres Park Amphitheater in
Chalmette. 

 

The "Sunday in the Park" Concert Series is sponsored by St. Bernard Parish
Government supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts,
Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and
Tourism in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council as administered
by the St. Tammany Commission on Cultural Affairs.
