[StBernard] St. Bernard residents to vote for fire protection fee

It would be nice if we could get a recycling program going somewhere down
here.  A lot of people keep asking if we are ever going to get one.  There
really isn't any place in the area who does recycling.  SDT should try it. I
hate throwing away all of my newspapers & aluminum cans.
