Kudos to federal Judge Duval.  This judge was able to see through all the
political "bs" hype the Democrats were trying to build up around this case.
This is clearly a judge who understands and interprets law rather than
trying to legislate from the bench to make a political point.  Maybe Judge
Duval should be appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court instead of someone like
Kagan who has absolutely no judicical experience at all.
