	To All,
	I would like to make you aware that this weekend is the 21st Annual
"Back to the Beach Festival" starting at 6 PM on Friday in Laketown, Kenner.
This is a very important event for the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation
in raising funds to continue their great  work in the Pontchartrain Basin
and coastal restoration.  Please come out this weekend  to have some fun and
