[StBernard] St Bernard community center needs more space

When you read the article/watch the video you will see a young woman, Kathy
Williams, who arrived in Arabi from Colorado.  She does not have a job and
is looking for one using the computer at the community center.  She is
wearing a lanyard and those are frequently to hold an i.d. badge of an
employer you work for.  So it seems that this lady possibly **had** a job
somewhere but does not now.  I have to wonder why someone would move across
the country to an area with no job in hand?

The world gets curiouser and curiouser...
