	What perturbs me mostly is that all officials worth their salt know
that
	much of the work involved includes being an ambassador to go away
from a
	broke state as a senator, governor or Parish President (Ask Craig)
to rub
	shoulders with the elite in Congress to help shore some of the money
needed
	to help their communities.
