CALL THE CORPS OUT AGAIN ON THIS GREEN LIGHTING TREATMENT GIVEN TO THIS
DEVELOPER.

Dear Governor Jindal:
I am a named Plaintiff in the lawsuit entitled Chateau Lafitte Homeowners'
Association, Inc., et al vs. St. Bernard Parish Government. This lawsuit has
been "illegally" joined with the lawsuit entitled Greater New Orleans Fair
Housing Action Center and Provident Realty Advisors  vs. St. Bernard Parish,
et al.  These lawsuits involve the construction of "mixed-income" apartments
currently being built in St. Bernard Parish by Provident Realty Advisors.
I am the president of the Chateau Lafitte Homeowners' Assocation, plaintiff
in the above mentioned lawsuit..I am a property owner in St. Bernard Parish.
I am one of three leaders of a citizens group in St. Bernard Parish that was
created as a direct result of current injustices being imposed on ALL St.
Bernard citizens by Provident Realty Advisors, the Greater New Orleans Fair
Housing Action Center, the Meraux Foundation, certain elected officials, the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, a Federal Judge Ginger Berrigan.  I am a
taxpayng citizen of the United States of America.  I am a tax paying citizen
of the State of Louisiana.  I am a Louisiana registered voter. I am also a
Louisiana licensed real estate broker.
Please be advised, sir, that there is currently A LOT OF CORRUPTION going on
relative to the above entitled lawsuits, AND WE NEED YOU TO IMMEDIATELY
INTERVENE AND MEET WITH US, AS CITIZENS OF ST. BERNARD, AND GET INVOLVED IN
THIS MATTER IN YOUR OFFICIAL CAPACITY AS "OUR" GOVERNOR.  OUR CONSTITUTIONAL
RIGHTS ARE, NO DOUBT, BEING VIOLATED, IN NUMEROUS WAYS, AND WE, THE CITIZENS
OF ST. BERNARD, RESPECTFULLY REQUEST AN EMERGENCY MEETING BE SCHEDULED WITH
