Fuel announces summer field trips for middle and high school students

Students take trips to Blue Bayou, Skate World, Chalmette Movies and more 

 

Fuel, the youth activities program from St. Bernard Parish President Craig
Taffaro's office, will kick off the summer with a June 1 field trip to Blue
Bayou. Students entering sixth through ninth grades in the fall can now sign
up for Fuel field trips to Blue Bayou, the beach and a movie and roller
skating.  Students entering ninth grade through this year's graduated
seniors can sign up for an August 3 trip to Blue Bayou.  Students can call
to sign up in advance to reserve their seat for the trips.  Space is
limited.

 

Field trips dates include:  

*	June 1:       Blue Bayou (students entering sixth through ninth
grades)
*	June 15:     Beach Day (students entering sixth through ninth
grades)
*	July 13:      Movie/Roller Skating (students entering sixth through
ninth grades)
*	August 3:    Blue Bayou (high school students only)

Cost for each field trip is determined by the activity.
