St. Bernard Parish welcomes Rue 21 

St. Bernard Parish Government welcomed Rue 21 to the list of new businesses
in the parish.  Rue 21 held a grand opening ceremony September 20th in the
Chalmette Plaza at 8400 W. Judge Perez Drive Suite 27.  Parish President
David E. Peralta presented a plaque to Store Manager Janelle Adams and
District Manager Matt Steen welcoming the business to the parish and
thanking them for contributing to the economic growth of the parish.  Rue 21
is opened Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from
12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m.  The store features men and ladies clothing with
ladies sizes ranging from 0 to curvy 15/16.  The store also sells
accessories, lingerie and workout wear.
