[StBernard] Proposals being accepted for LLT bundle lots

St. Bernard Parish Government Introduces the "Builder Bundle Development
Packages" 

of Louisiana Land Trust Properties

 

St. Bernard Parish has designated 128 vacant residential lots currently
owned by Louisiana Land Trust (LLT) for new single family residential
housing. These lots are grouped into ten "Builder Bundles" of 12 to 16 lots
each clustered in targeted areas of the parish. The bundles are available
for purchase at fair market value. LLT is soliciting proposals from builders
who will agree to construct new homes on the lots. 

 

Proposals must be submitted by 5:00pm on Monday, October 21, 2013.  The
newly constructed homes must meet specified minimum standards and
development timelines. Complete information (including the list of addresses
