That's a ridiculous statement. He's saying hire specialists but then he
says "procedures the hospital currently cannot handle".


This is supposed to be a community hospital. Go there for broken bones, an
appendectomy or maybe gall-bladder removal or something. No one is
expecting this place to be one where they perform open heart surgeries.


And why would you *hire* specialists? To put them on the hospital staff?
Does DiFatta

expect there to be a boatload of some type of unknown special procedures
that will be done there? Someone should have done a follow up question and
ask him to clarify his statement.
